What the cards are telling me

Position 1 Spear Three This card shows that in the past it has been difficult to figure something out. This is a card of not knowing quite, the direction to take! A feeling of being overwhelmed.

Position 2 Sword Maiden This is a card of hard work. Of getting oneself prepared. Possibly working from home or in ones own business.

Position 3 XIV The Cauldron A major Arcana card This card shows work will be done by women and I believe in this case that is a significant factor. They will probably have the backing of a male but he will be very much in the background. I feel that she will eventually be wanting to employ people and I would think that she will look to family first. I would however, suggest she uses caution in her choice of assistance.
